Cactus Wren Health Collective is a new project forming to both increase access to primary care in Southern Arizona and change the way that care is received.

Care is provided on a sliding scale with a No One Turned Away For Lack of Funds policy with a goal of accepting medicare, medicaid, and most commercial insurances by August 2026.

Sliding scale per visit:

$15 – for those who stress about meeting basic needs and cannot always meet
them

$30 – for those who can usually meet their basic needs but have considerate
stress financially

$50 – for those who are able to meet their financial needs without significant
stress

$75 – for those who are able to meet their basic needs comfortably
